By using Unloop, you agree to these terms:

1. What Unloop Is

  • •A visualization tool for behavioral patterns
  • •Not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • •Not a replacement for professional therapy
  • •For educational and self-improvement purposes only

2. Account Rules

  • •You must be 18 or older to use Unloop
  • •One account per person
  • •You're responsible for your account security
  • •Don't share your account credentials

3. Your Content and Data

  • •You own all patterns and data you create
  • •Your data is yours — we do not use it for training or share it with other users
  • •You can export or delete your data anytime
  • •We are not responsible for data you choose to share publicly

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • •Use Unloop to harm yourself or others
  • •Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • •Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
  • •Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • •Use Unloop for any illegal purposes
  • •Violate others' privacy or intellectual property

5. Service Availability

  • •We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • •Features may change or be discontinued
  • •Free accounts may have usage limits
  • •We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

6. Payment Terms (When Applicable)

  • •Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • •Purchases made on the web are handled by Stripe, and we can refund them within 14 days of payment
  • •Purchases made in the iOS app are handled by Apple. Refunds are requested from Apple and decided by Apple under Apple's policies
  • •You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of billing period
  • •Prices may change with 30 days notice

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple when resolving refund requests. This information may include how you accessed and interacted with the purchased content. We share this information only as needed to help Apple make an informed refund decision and in accordance with Apple's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • •Unloop and its original content are owned by Unloop
  • •You retain rights to your patterns and data
  • •Don't copy, modify, or distribute Unloop's software
  • •Respect others' intellectual property rights

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • •Unloop is provided "as is" without warranties
  • •We are not liable for decisions you make based on patterns
  • •We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
  • •Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us

9. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Unloop is not a medical device or mental health treatment. Do not use Unloop as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're experiencing mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

  • •We may update these terms periodically
  • •Significant changes will be communicated via email
  • •Continued use after changes means acceptance

11. Termination

  • •You can delete your account anytime
  • •We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • •Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
